Registrations are now open for the Local Solutions Big SleepOut on Thursday 7th March 2024 at Liverpool Cricket Club.
For 50 years, Local Solutions has continued to be there for those who find themselves homeless; providing temporary accommodation, longer term accommodation and a resettlement service.
By taking part in the Big SleepOut, you’ll be swapping your cosy bed for a sleeping bag and get a small insight into what people who are homeless face on a daily and nightly basis. With your help, we can make the Big SleepOut a huge success and make a real difference to vulnerable young people across the Liverpool City Region and North Wales.
Tom Harrison, Chief Executive at Local Solutions said: “We support over 600 young homeless people each year with supported accommodation, mentoring and lifeskills, equipping them to successfully move on to their own home.
The funds raised at the Local Solutions BigSleepOut will allow us to support more young people, give them the opportunity to prosper and end youth homelessness.”
Each participant will be asked to raise a minimum of £50 sponsorship. Every penny raised will take Local Solutions one step closer to giving young people the structure and support they need to build a brighter future.
